By using the Cruise Assist website or our phone support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Cruise Assist acts as an independent travel agency providing support, booking, and administrative assistance. We assist customers with new reservations, checking itineraries, changes, and cancellations.
3. Service Fees
As an independent agency, we may charge a service fee for our time and expertise in assisting you. These fees are separate from any costs charged by the actual cruise line. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before any transaction is finalized.
4. Independent Status
We are NOT a particular cruise line or their direct customer service division. We are a third-party travel support service. You can obtain services directly from the cruise line for free, but by using our service, you are paying for our priority expertise, convenience, and travel agent assistance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cruise Assist shall not be held liable for any damages, trip cancellations, delays, or issues arising from the actions of the primary cruise lines or transportation providers.
